Seven measures to be healthy for the seven days of the week

GO FOR THE ORGANIC. If you have to choose between preservative-free and preservative-filled, choose preservative-free. Although preservative-free foods cost higher, they would be beneficial to your body. Too many preservatives will be harmful to your body. So live healthy, and live long.

DON’T SKIP BREAKFAST AND EAT LESS AT NIGHT. People who think they can make up at lunch the meal they missed in the morning are completely mistaken. Breakfast is very crucial in order to survive the day’s activities. At night, eat less. Metabolism is slow at nighttime, so indigestion and other gastrointestinal problems might occur. Besides, when people eat much at night, they tend to get sleepy. Sleeping with a full stomach can bring intestinal complications.

CONTROL ANGER. If situations happen where you get totally off-guard, think first before doing anything you will later regret. Be wise. Control your emotions. Be rational. If you want to get angry, allot time for you to vent the anger towards a thing, or divert your attention to things you like to do, like malling, or watching a movie.

IF YOU CAN DECREASE AIR POLLUTION, DO IT! Take a stroll, or ride the bike. It will be exercise for your legs, and a great help to the ozone layer, especially if your destination is not far.

BOIL WATER FOR DRINKING OR CONSUME DISTILLED, OR MINERAL WATER. If you are among the thousands who consume water straight through the faucet, then it’s about time that you learn that impurities, or bacteria may be present in the water that you drink. Sure, boiling consumes gas, or electricity, and mineral water is expensive. But which is more expensive, taking precautions, or hospitalization?

MAKE A HEALTHY FOOD PLAN. Take some time off from your busy schedule to ponder upon the nutrition value of what you eat. Plan a healthy diet and execute it. Introduce some healthy foods in your cooking.

STROLL IN THE COUNTRYSIDE. Our body needs some fresh air from time to time, so if you are especially from the metro, why not visit the mountains, or the sea? Reward yourself with some majestic scenery and fresh atmosphere. You also need to breathe healthy to be healthy.
