Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Honey, Vinegar, Mustard, Garlic, Salt, Pepper

• 1 large head leaf lettuce - rinsed, dried and torn into bite-size
pieces
• 1 cup cubed Swiss cheese
• 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup toasted pecan pieces
• Gourmet’s Balsamic Vinaigrette (or other Gourmet dressings)
1. Combine lettuce, Swiss cheese, feta cheese,
Parmesan cheese and pecans in a large bowl.
2. Add Balsamic vinaigrette to salad and toss well.
