• Gourmet’s Fresh Herb Vinaigrette
• 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and cubed
• 4 cups mixed salad greens
• 1/2 cup sliced almonds
• 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1. In a large bowl, mix together Gourmet’s Fresh Herb
Vinaigrette and the avocados in order to coat them
with the Vinaigrette.
2. Just before serving, add the salad greens, and toss
to coat with
dressing. Sprinkle sliced almonds and
feta cheese over the top.
