Ingredients:
• 1 serving coffee,
• 1 small piece finely chopped crystallized ginger,
• 1 cinnamon stick
Minced ½ clove of ginger. Add minced ginger to a mug of Gourmet coffee. Serve black with a cinnamon stick.
